My stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, being very close to the Palermo Centrale Railway station and convenient for travel. The rooms were cozy and had a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always ready to help with any request. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The price was reasonable for the value provided.
